RMBA is very proud of the Coaches they have developed over the years. At RMBA we pride ourselves on offering the best Coaching Clinics available. RMBA is one of the few Associations that pays for their coaches to become certified. If you wish to coach your child up through the ranks of their tenure with Rutland Baseball, you will have to obtain some coaching levels. With regards to Summer Ball, you will definitely be required to hold various NCCP requirements.

If you would like to become an RMBA coach you will need to obtain your NCCP number, by taking the online test. There is a cost to register, which will be reimbursed by RMBA with the submission of a receipt printed off of the website.

You will also need to fill out a Criminal Record Check form and turn it into the local RCMP Detachment Downtown Kelowna.
